ÁGUILAS
Beach located in the natural environment, in the limit of Águilas and shared with Andalusia. The view is surrounded by two reefs, one of them is black due to the presence of volcanic rocks and the other one is yellow and has fossil remains, constituting a unique environment for geology lovers. It is 5.6 kilometres outside the city, open to the south, and protected against eastern winds by Punta Parda.
ISLA PLANA (CARTAGENA)
Urban beach. Isla Playa and La Azohía are small villages of great natural beauty and long sand beaches. There is a bus stop linking Cartagena and Mazarrón. This service is offered by the company Alsa.

SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR
Motorway N-332 from Cartagena to San Pedro del Pinatar. Road that takes from San Pedro to Lo Pagán, beyond La Explanada. This beach is bordering with Santiago de La Ribera.
ÁGUILAS
Semi-urban beach. One of the most emblematic beaches, well accessible from the road carretera de Almería. It is oriented to the east and counts with a superb view to the village and to the promontory where the Castle of San Juan de Las Águilas is settled. Abundant fine sand, a peaceful and progressive way in to the beach. Protected to the south and the east. It is part of the site known as "Cuatro Calas", designated as "Protected Natural Landscape".
LA AZOHIA (CARTAGENA)
Beaches where dogs are allowed to stay and bathe under the supervision and responsibility of their owners. The signage specifies some rules of use. In these areas, dogs are prevented from causing damage to plants or other wild animals. In addition, the dog must be prevented from disturbing bathers and other beach users. Owners must remove dog droppings and deposit them properly in the bins. Aggressive dogs are prohibited from accessing these beaches, as well as dogs in heat, dogs under 4 months old or sick dogs. They must be vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and carry a health passport with the compulsory treatments. In addition, children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter these areas with dogs unless supervised by an adult.

SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR
Near the area of Las Charcas. There are mud baths recommended for the treatment or osteoarthritis, rheumatism, fractures, etc.
ÁGUILAS
This beach is located in a natural setting, five kilometres within the famous Cuatro Calas (Four Coves). Like the other coves, this beach has a significant area covered by golden sand that gently leads into crystal-clear waters. Facing east, it is sheltered from the west wind and slightly less protected from the southwest wind. There is a sharp-edged, small rocky island, which fishers call "La Cama de los Novios" (The Bride and the Groom's bed), located opposite this beach.

SANTIAGO DE LA RIBERA (SAN JAVIER)
Urban beach. Ready to be used all year round. Nearby bus stop for the city bus. It is located in the town center. The accesses to the first line are numerous and in good condition, with stairs and access for the disabled.
SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR
A dirt track links the mills Molinos de Quintín and Molinos de la Calcetera. On one side of the salt lakes we see an area known as Las Charca, where there are mud baths, recommended for the treatment of rheumatism, fractures and osteoarthritis. On the other side we have the Mar Menor (Minor Sea), where a great number of water sports are played.
ÁGUILAS
Calarreona beach counts with a vast surface of sand to the point of forming dunes on the adjacent salt marshes. Oriented to midday. A central little promontory where a youth hostel is settled.
LA AZOHIA (CARTAGENA)
Urban beach. Its theoretical capacity is about 1,474 people. Bus stop, line Alsa, Cartagena-Mazarrón.
