Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

TOUR:Enjoy a clasic crossing in the quiet and unique waters of Mar Menor, following the coast line of all itsislands (Baron, Perdiguera, Ciervo, Sujeto and Rondella Island) and Pine Tree Cove.�Duration: 1 h 15'�Navigation with a fast boat.�Boat capacity: 11 passengers + captain (including).We recommend bringing sunscreen or warm clothing depending on the season.- Possibility to book the entire boat (not shared), the final cost would be 160�, as long as all 11 places are available and all 11 are booked at the time of booking.- The realization of this route is subject to a minimum total� of 4 adults.
