Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

TOUR:Fast boat route, 10 km crossing along La Manga from the Mar Menor to Tom�s Maestre Port, Estacio Channel and then sailing off to the Mediterranean Sea through the Drawbridge. We will approach GROSA ISLAND. Including stop for swim and snorlkel. OBSERVATIONS:Duration: 2h30' (around 30' for stop bath)Comments during the tour only in Spanish.
