Gebas: paisaje y cultura (guided tour in spanish)

This tour invites you to discover the most authentic essence of this small village in Sierra Espu�a. Have a walk through its quiet streets, get to know its traditional buildings and discover how rural life continues to thrive in one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Region of Murcia. Also available in English on other dates under the name �Gebas: landscape and culture�.

Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

Tasting with the stars
