The touristic descent down the Segura river. The Ca��n de Almadenes passes a natural protected space of riparian forest, where some of the last otters in the Region live. During the activity, which is carried out on rafts or kayaks, visitors will be able to enjoy the plants and wildlife of this unique place in the Region of Murcia. A stop will be made halfway to visit Abrigo del Pozo, declared a World Heritage Site, where different panels of schematic cave art are found scattered across the wall. Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

This route contains a walk around the oldest buildings of Molina de Segura. The tour starts from San Roque hermitage square; next, we will visit Santo Sepulcro hermitage.
