Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

Have you ever been to a Jewish quarter inside a castle? Now you have the opportunity to do so and learn about the reasons that led an important Jewish community to build a synagogue within the walls of Lorca Castle. We invite you to be one of the ancient inhabitants of this place, more than 500 years old, walking through the archaeological remains of the Jewish quarter, its streets and houses. You will have the opportunity to visit the only synagogue on the Iberian Peninsula that can be visited today, which has not been used by any other religion and which preserves all its parts. In the museum space there are panels, display cases, an audio-visual and a downloadable audio guide system in several languages ��that will allow you to immerse yourself in the way of life of the ancient inhabitants of this medieval Jewish quarter.
