Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

Sierra Espu�a is a historic and magical forest, a protected space home to hundreds of animal and plant species in which diversity is celebrated in every corner. Here you'll feel the peace that only nature can provide.� �Prepare your senses for a complete mindful hiking experience, complemented by a unique yoga and meditation session during the trek.� You'll feel like time has stopped and there is nothing but your full consciousness, control of your breath, and your integration into what is happening here and now. TOUR:Fast boat route, 10 km crossing along La Manga from the Mar Menor to Tom�s Maestre Port, Estacio Channel and then sailing off to the Mediterranean Sea through the Drawbridge.
