La Gracia Sumillería Aplicada es el primer bar de vinos de la Región de Murcia y en el que se apuesta por la degustación de productos naturales y de pequeña producción acompañada de actividades culturales. Se constituye como una empresa social que aboga por valores como sostenibilidad, economía circular, feminismo, ecología, salud, arte,... y donde se ofrecen menús maridaje, catas y actividades culturales. La Gracia es un proyecto de la sumiller Esperanza Pérez y la emprendedora Cristina Ramos que nace por la inquietud de crear un espacio donde dar rienda suelta a los sentidos.

Built in the style of the Viennese and French modernist schools, the hotel has two façades joined by a rotunda crowned with a spectacular dome. The monotony of the hotel's six floors is broken by the use of alternating colours and decorative details, such as the ironwork on doors and marquee.

Dave Thomas ensured that with his design offers a different set of challenges in each hole, with plenty of frequent changes in elevation and a more than interesting course length to play and experience.
