Superb 5-bedroom Villa set in El Forestal - an exclusive area of La Manga Club, discretely hidden within the hillside and offering seclusion and privacy. The accommodation is on three levels and set in a plot of 1.830 sq mtrs. With extensive terrace areas, the well thought out design offers guests private space to relax and enjoy the holiday. Further terraces are off the living area which has breathtaking views across the fairway of the South Golf Course. The villa is within easy walking distance of the Hotel and the supermarkets, with restaurants and bars nearby. With five bedrooms (each with twin beds which can be made into doubles) and five bathrooms, this Villa is in a secluded position in an elevated location offering amazing views across La Manga Club and beyond. All day, all year round sunshine on the extensive terraces. Private pool, with heating available, if required. 10 x singles – which can be made into Doubles / 5 bathrooms The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom may be accessed through the first bedroom or by an exterior door, there are 2 en suite bathrooms and a small kitchen fitted with sink, fridge, microwave etc.. The first floor has a very large hallway, living room, TV lounge, dining area and a spacious, fully fitted kitchen. The laundry room is just behind the kitchen and has a full size freezer. There is also a twin bedroom and shower room on this first floor level. On the upper floor are two further bedrooms - the master suite and additional guest bedroom both with their own bathroom. To the rear of the garden is a private swimming pool with a large tiled area for the sunbeds, plus a shower room. There is an undercover chillout area by the pool with ample seating for dining plus two exterior sofas. Here there is also a gas BBQ and fridge. If the pool heating is required this is an additional price of 250 GBP per week. The villa has fully matured gardens, ample terracing on all floors. Table tennis is set up in the garage.

The Roman Forum Museum stands as the entrance to one of the largest urban archaeological parks in Spain. Throughout its various halls, where a careful selection of pieces is exhibited, you will be able to learn about the long history of Cerro del Molinete from today back to the old Carthago Nova. The visit concludes with a tour of important remains of the glorious Roman era that invite you to stroll through them: the Curia or local senate with its richly decorated marble pavement; the Colonial Forum, the city’s neuralgic centre, the distribution of which symbolised at various levels the hierarchy between the divine and the human; the Sanctuary of Isis where the mystery cults of the Egyptian gods were celebrated; the old roads with cart tracks; the port’s thermal baths and in particular its magnificent entrance portico with its original flooring; and to finish the Atrium Building, with its high walls and pictorial decorations that transport you to the great banquets of the Roman Empire.

The Pedro Cano Foundation houses some of the best works of the artist from Blanca and a collection of all kinds of paintings that form the two thousand drawings on display, besides being responsible for a big number of cultural activities in arts. Ground floor. It houses the series “Clausuras”, the reception and a shop. 1st Floor. “Vivir pintando”. A chronological tour. The first oil painting that Pedro created at eleven years old and significant works in the artistic career of the painter as “Retrato de mi madre”, “Equipaje” and “Pompeyano” can be seen. They also exhibit other works from some of his most important series as “59 East 7th Street”, “Hortus” and “IlFiume”. 2nd Floor. “Obra en papel” that combines, amongst other masterpieces, his travel notebooks and his aquarelles of “Las ciudades invisibles” by Italo Calvino; and some masterpieces from “Clausuras”. 3rd Floor.
